• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been processed or dispatched.

• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed as follows:

• Refunds are initiated within 7-10 business days after cancellation confirmation.
• The refund will be made to the original payment method used at the time of order.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Conditions

• Custom-made or personalized services/items are non-refundable.
• Products or services that have already been delivered or utilized cannot be refunded.
