🎯 Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 recruiters to meet hiring targets across sectors and geographies.

- Personally manage high-priority mandates and ensure timely closures for junior to mid-level roles.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving hiring needs.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery.

- Drive sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and local networks.

✅ Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment/staffing, with at least 1 year in a team lead or senior recruiter role.

- Strong exposure to hiring in NBFC, Banking, IT, or Blue-Collar domains.

- Prior experience in a consultancy or staffing agency is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.

- Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS, and recruitment analytics.

- Regional language fluency (Odia, Bengali, Telugu, Hindi) is a plus.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client coordination or hiring drives.

Job Profile
